Book your Avis Delivery online in 2 simple steps:
 Rental details: Specify the dates and the nearest rental location from the booking panel. Then click the 'Delivery required' box before getting your quote. Choose the car group you wish to rent and pick any extras you might need, such as Navigation System, Child Seat, etc. Avis Rent a Car offers a wide range of vehicles from small cars to large luxury vehicles for extra comfort on the road.
 Your delivery: Enter your delivery address, contact information and payment details then relax and leave the rest to us. We will contact you shortly before your rental to confirm the delivery time and complete some paperwork over the phone.
Delivery arrangements:
Delivery is available from 9:00 to 17.30, Monday to Friday. Prior to delivery the Avis branch will call you direct to confirm the delivery time and ask for a credit card to secure the vehicle and cover any additional payments. You may contact the renting station direct to confirm these details if you prefer.
You can take advantage from this call and ask if you have booked any Special Equipment e.g. Navigation System, Child Seats or if you want to add an Additional driver to your Rental Agreement. The level of insurance you will remain with is also another important part of the contract, which you may want to ask for.
The Driver must be available to receive the vehicle during the delivery time.
Same day delivery is subject to availability and you will be notified if delivery is unavailable.
The driver is responsible for delivery fuel. Upon delivery the vehicle will leave the nearest Avis branch with a full tank of fuel.
Collection arrangements:
We can collect your car when your rental ends. Collection will be arranged by your local branch at time of rental. Please note you will not be insured to drive the hire car once the rental end time has passed. The driver will be charged for fuel used in the collection of the vehicle in line with the Avis refuelling policy.
